The Stop Breath & Think app is easy to use, informative, and really fun/engaging. It teaches mindfulness/meditation and promotes a compassionate lifestyle. It’s very innovative. A quick check in allows you to tune into how you are thinking/feeling and actually guides you to recommended meditations. Happiness and other states of mind can be tracked both pre and post practice. This can give me the insight to understand if an exercise is working or not. You can share your favorite meditations w/ friends.
